After decades of sailing through the digital seas of the IT industry, I finally dropped anchor and listened to a deeper calling to follow the path of my grandparents. Back to a time when bread was made with just three honest ingredients: flour, water, and salt.

There’s something profoundly beautiful in the simplicity of baking. No shortcuts, no chemicals, no rush - just time, patience, and care.
My micro bakery is a quiet rebellion against the fast-paced, artificial world. Here, every loaf tells a story. A story of tradition, of connection, of real food made the way it used to be.

I work with pure flours, wild fermentation, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. The sourdoughs rise slowly, just like in the old days, developing deep flavour and nourishing character.
You won’t find flashy packaging or trendy gimmicks here, just honest bread made with purpose.
